Diagnostic Dyscalculia Assessment

Service Description

A comprehensive diagnostic assessment for individuals aged 8+ who are experiencing persistent difficulties with mathematics, numbers and numerical concepts. The assessment provides an in-depth evaluation of number sense, mathematical skills and relevant underlying cognitive processes to develop a detailed profile of the individual's strengths and difficulties and determine whether the diagnostic criteria for dyscalculia are met. The assessment considers how an individual understands and processes numerical information, alongside areas of cognitive processing that may contribute to their mathematical difficulties. Following the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive diagnostic report outlining the assessment results, diagnostic conclusions and personalised recommendations for support within education, the workplace and/or everyday life. The report can be used to provide evidence of an individual's needs and to inform appropriate support and reasonable adjustments, where applicable.
