SUPPORTING
Organisations
I work in partnership with a wide range of organisations, local authorities, workplaces, and training providers to deliver high-quality, personalised assessment and support services for children, young people, and adults. This includes support within apprenticeship programmes, professional practices, EOTAS (Education Other Than at School) arrangements, and non-medical tuition.
My approach is professional, flexible, and grounded in over 10 years of specialist experience in education and neurodiversity. Whether you're looking for a one-off diagnostic assessment, ongoing support for a learner or employee, or specialist input as part of a wider education, care, or workplace plan, I can help.

Local Authorities – including 0–25 SEND services, supporting learners with EHCPs or those receiving education outside formal settings (EOTAS or non-medical tuition).
-
NHS and Healthcare Services – offering assessments, study skills support, and mentoring for professionals in training, including Occupational Therapists, Doctors, and Dentists.
-
Charities, Voluntary Organisations & Alternative Providers – providing tailored support for individuals not currently in mainstream education or employment, including assessments, tuition, and mentoring.
-
Private Sector & Workplaces – supporting adults with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) through diagnostic assessments, screeners, and workplace strategy coaching.
-
Apprenticeship & Vocational Training Providers – offering assessments and support for learners combining study with practical, work-based training, including help with exam access arrangements, study skills, and confidence building.
What I offer
Diagnostic Assessments
I provide formal diagnostic assessments for dyslexia and dyscalculia (face-to-face only for dyscalculia), as well as screeners for DCD, ADHD and SpLD indicators. Recommendations are tailored to the individual's cognitive profile.
Literacy & Numeracy Profiling
A detailed assessment of strengths and needs in reading, writing, spelling, or mathematics, to inform support strategies and targeted teaching.
Exam Access Arrangements
Formal assessments to determine eligibility for access arrangements such as extra time, a reader or a scribe in exams.
Mentoring & Coaching
Tailored 1:1 support to build executive function, study skills, confidence, and emotional resilience — ideal for learners aged 14+ in education, training, or employment settings.
SpLD Screening for Training & Employment
Quick screening for indicators of dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD and DCD, with guidance for reasonable adjustments and learning support.
Learning & Emotional Wellbeing Reviews
Informal reviews exploring how emotional factors may impact learning, including observation, interviews, and evidence-based screening tools.

A Flexible, Collaborative Approach
I understand that every individual and setting is unique. I offer clear communication, timely reporting, and a collaborative approach designed to fit seamlessly within wider plans, teams, or service frameworks. I’m happy to liaise with caseworkers, SEN teams, psychologists, therapists, workplace representatives, or other professionals as needed.
What to Expect
Working with organisations across education, healthcare, training providers, charities, and workplaces often involves aligning with existing plans, timeframes, and teams — so I aim to make the process smooth, responsive, and fully collaborative.
Initial Enquiry
You’re welcome to get in touch via email, phone, or by completing an enquiry form. I’ll respond promptly to discuss the needs of the individual(s) or group, and how I may best support.
Clarifying Needs
We’ll discuss your specific requirements — whether you’re seeking a one-off assessment, ongoing mentoring, input into diagnostic processes, or support for learners with EHCPs, in EOTAS settings, apprenticeships, or workplace environments. I tailor my involvement to meet the goals and context of your organisation or setting.
Agreed Support
Once the best approach is identified, I’ll confirm next steps, including practical details around scheduling, format (in-person or remote), and any necessary documentation or permissions.
Clear Reporting & Communication
I provide timely, professional reports with clear recommendations and next steps suitable for inclusion in EHCP reviews, tribunal evidence, workplace adjustments, or internal planning. I’m also happy to attend multi-agency or multidisciplinary meetings as appropriate.
Ongoing Collaboration
For ongoing work, I offer consistent communication and flexible support, adapting to changing needs, new assessments, or updated educational, healthcare, or workplace goals.
Shared Experiences

“Working with Emma has been incredibly positive. She took the time to understand the needs of the individual and the context of our organisation. Her input has made a real difference — we've seen increased confidence, better communication, and a noticeable improvement in how the individual manages day-to-day demands.”

This is one of the clearest and most comprehensive reports we have seen. The assessment is well-evidenced, and the recommendations are both practical and aligned with the child’s individual needs. The report has been highly influential in informing the tribunal’s decision.
Ready When You Are!
Every learner deserves support that’s tailored to their unique needs.
If you’re an organisation looking to explore assessment, mentoring, or collaborative input, I’m happy to offer guidance with clarity, flexibility, and a shared focus on outcomes.
You’re welcome to get in touch for an informal conversation, or to enquire directly about availability for specific services.
