  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur the full fee.

  • One discretionary reschedule may be offered in exceptional circumstances.

  • Reports may be used to support applications for access arrangements in education, workplace accommodations, or Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA). However, they are educational/psychological assessments and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. Dyslexia and dyscalculia are not diagnosed through medical testing, but through specialist cognitive and attainment assessment.

6. Screeners & Add-ons

  • Screeners (e.g., ADHD, DCD) are optional and can be added during booking.

  • Where numeracy challenges are indicated in the background information of a dyslexia assessment, one numeracy assessment will be included at no extra cost as part of the dyslexia assessment, to help determine whether further screening or a full dyscalculia assessment may be appropriate.

7. Data Protection

  • All information is processed in accordance with UK GDPR.

  • Your data will only be used to provide the agreed services and will be stored securely.
