In-person SpLD Assessments and Screeners

High-quality diagnostic assessments and screeners, delivered face-to-face

My in-person assessments are carried out from my home office in Maulden (Bedfordshire) providing a comprehensive, comfortable, and personalised experience for individuals who benefit from meeting with an assessor in the same physical space.  As with all assessments at The SpLD Hub, sessions are carried out by myself,  an APC-qualified SpLD assessor.   Assessments are fully compliant with SASC regulations, providing professional assessments for dyslexia and dyscalculia, along with screening and non-diagnostic assessments for other specific learning difficulties.

An in-person assessment may be the right choice if a learner:

  • Focuses better in a structured, physical environment

  • Feels more comfortable building rapport in person

  • Requires specific observation-based insights

  • Has complex learning needs that may benefit from face-to-face interaction

What’s included in an in-person assessment?

Our in-person assessments follow the same rigorous diagnostic process as our online assessments, with the added benefit of direct observation and interaction.

Each assessment includes:

A short discussion (online or by phone) if you have any queries before booking.

Background information is required pre-assessment by completing a pre-assessment questionnaire.
