Booking Information

To secure your booking, please select the service you require and pay a non-refundable deposit of £100. For payment plan customers, the booking is secured with the first of three equal payments.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Shortly afterwards, if applicable, you will be sent links to pre-assessment questionnaires. Please liaise with your school, college, or tutor as needed to support the completion of their section of the questionnaire.

Approximately one week before your appointment, you will receive an email outlining the process for the day along with the final balance due (this does not apply to payment plan customers).

Important: For payment plan customers, please be aware that the full assessment report will only be released once the final payment has been received. Therefore, it is recommended not to book your appointment until you are close to the third and final payment date.

Please note: Occasionally, emails may be directed to your spam or junk folder. To ensure you don’t miss any important communication, please regularly check these folders throughout the booking process and add emma@spldhub.com to your safe sender list or mark it as not spam.
